This is the Navimeteo and and ReteMet HQ housed in their historical pier tower a series of meteo gauges (digital and analogic anemometres, lightning detector) to be used by the marine customers and anybody sailing in the Tigullio gulf. There have been activated a series of alarm notices on exceeding pre-established thresholds reserved to the marina staff.
Besides the standard equipment, the user is supported by the Navimeteo Harbour service. The port is in fact receiving bulletins and specific notices about the area in question on a daily basis and spreads the marine weather data by means of a network of media channels.
