The monitoring system installed at the hydrographic basin of Rupinaro water stream, classified as one of the most dangerous in the Liguria region, was strongly requested by the Chiavari council after the recent flooding event in the night of 10th November 2014. The rainfall level gauge set up at Campodonico village (310m a.s.l.) and at Leivi (230m a.s.l.) with the co-operation of the council, are fully reliable and have been certified by UNI (No. 11452:2012).
